At The Healing Exchange, therapy goes beyond conversation—it’s about discovering new ways to think, feel, and live. Whether you’re healing from trauma, navigating a life transition, or working to strengthen your relationship, this is a place for reflection, resilience, and lasting change.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 16 years of experience in social work and 9 years of clinical practice. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals and couples as they navigate trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.
I am certified in the Gottman Method for couples therapy, hold a Yoga Teacher Training Certificate, and have specialized training in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma-focused work. My approach integrates CBT and CPT with mind-body and mindfulness practices to support healing on both emotional and physical levels.
I view therapy as a collaborative process—one that fosters curiosity, self-compassion, and growth. Whether I’m helping couples strengthen their bond or guiding individuals through anxiety, depression, or trauma recovery, my goal is to help each person cultivate balance, clarity, and authenticity in their life.

Self-pay rate is $150 for couples counseling and $125 for individual therapy. We also take Blue Cross and Blue Shield. To make the process simple and secure, clients are asked to provide a credit card when completing intake forms. I accept all major credit cards, including HSA and FSA cards. Any copay, deductible, or self-pay rate will be charged after each session. At the end of each appointment, your card will be securely charged, providing a smooth and convenient payment experience.

Yes, telehealth sessions are available for clients who prefer the convenience of meeting remotely. We use a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform to ensure privacy and comfort. Insurance coverage for virtual sessions varies, and we can help clarify your benefits.
If you provide less than 24 hours’ notice for a session, you will be responsible for the full self-pay rate, which will be charged to the credit card on file. This policy ensures that the time reserved for your session is honored and allows me to maintain availability for all clients.
